You don't need a video codec to play it because you have your own decoder. Required environment -Microsoft Windows 95. -High color (65536 colors) or higher screen mode. -16bit sound board (Sound Blaster, 86 board, etc.). -Pentium 166MHz or higher possible CPU and video card (audio on slow machines) The image may not be synchronized or the image may be skipped). -Install and uninstall Please copy it to a suitable directory and use it.
