		A lot of chinese an japanese people were parasited by a specially repulsive nematode eating sushi and other similar food... however, this kind of infection is very discrete, so, it´s not noticed in most cases, but it can cause several problems, and... man ! worms in our body are digusting !!! P.D: this nematodes are not killed using salt, because they have resistance eggs specially designed to avoid thit problem, a many others. The only way is eating well fried fishes

		Freezing the fish for four days or so also kills most parasites. Unfortunately it's not quite fresh after that, but it's better than tapeworms.
