On my old windows 98 computer saturn orbit worked perfectly

when I switch to windows XP I get a error message:

There doesn't seem to be GNU Make file in PATH or in Dev-c++'s Bin path. Please make sure that you

have GNU Make and adjust Bin setting or system PATH environment variable and that make setting in

Compiler Option contains correct filename, otherwise you will not be able to compile anything.

how can i fix this?

Open devcpp choose tools -> Environment options -> files & directories

then set the alternate configuration file to C:\saturnorbit\devcpp.ini

from here:

Saturn orbit install dev cpp install problems...

Coolgame check out rockin-b's forum. That answer has been answered before. I believe even I have asked it lol or at least read about it on his forum. I also have a post about putting it on a usb key or portable drive or installing it alongside of dev c++ in case you want both on his forum.
