		Did some of the official white sega saturns come with a VCD built-in? I thought that those came from Hong Kong. If they did come from HK, then which company added the vcd capability to the wSS?

		Actually, I think they were made by Sega, and were sold in China and HK. Integrating the VCD player makes sense for these regions because VCD is wildly popular there, even today.
