where to get white led bulb

			i'm looking for white led bulb the size of small, tiny christmas light, or smaller, I want to try something by opening up my gameboy advance to make it back lit. well did anyone seen the portable psx at http://www.classicgaming.com/vcsp/...

			tell us whereabouts in the world you are then, if your in the uk somewhere like maplin, rs components or farnell electronics should be able to help, if your us based theres bound to be similar suppliers there

			Good luck in making a back light. I have tried that and failed miserably. I think a front light is the best way to do it, www.portablemonopoly.com... has a nice one done, but he wont share where he got the lights! I have tried a bunch and nothing has really worked out.. Well i have tried everything at radioshack.. then I gave up.. Let me know if you find something that works

			backlight is not possible cause the screen is plated with some metal from the back (copper?). if you take that off, you kill the screen.

			Well, it is kind of difficult to make a reflective screen that's transparent... it's all part of the design decisions that come with deciding not to go with a backlight to begin with.

			Well, Game Gears backlite works great. (but it eats batteries ) I think those are expensive but there are screens with build in light. (flat screens) i don´t remember what they are called thought.
