tough one between Mozilla and Firefox.

I go between the two. I would use Firefox more often if I could have it load itself into memory like Mozilla and IE.

Also I like the web editor that Mozilla has

But right now, here's the browsers I use:

work: Firefox (just changed back from Mozilla)

home workstation: Mozilla

home extra box: Firefox

you should probably add safari for Mac OS X users

I voted "Other", as I use Safari, and sometimes iCab.

So, does Avant upgrade IE or is it a separate app?

It's separate. I've used it before, and it's really nice. I can't remember why I switched to FireFox though.

Avant is an IE upgrade. It's only "separate" in the sense that it is its own .exe; all the heavy lifting is done by the IE libraries. (mshtml.dll et. al.)

Well at least they chose a fast browser to build on. MS doesn't screw EVERYTHING up, they just get lazy with features.

Ah! in the begining we had no web browsers at all.

Just some college computers connected together in a "web"

That, and perforated cards is what i miss the most

Only this forums and the inmense knowledge they have

make my day "on line" now.
