		I'm fairly sure the original Splatterhouse never made it to any Sega system in any form. Only the latter titles in the series made it to the genesis/mega drive...

		I think Splatter house 1 was never released on Genesis but I have both Splatterhouse 2 (Genesis) and Splatterhouse 3 (MD jap)

		I know for a fact it's not on genny and am 99.9 percent sure splater house 1 was a SMS title....
