Virtua Fighter with swap trick goes to BIOS after 1st battle

			Hi, like the title says, my Virtua Fighter backup manages to boot and everything using the swap trick, however, when I finish the first battle, it goes to the system menu(BIOS) and says "Checking disc format". The CD seems to be burned correctly, any ideas?
