Video Editing Software

			I have a simple program to chop up video, subtitle, and do simple fades... Can anyone recommend software with the ability to do more sophisticated things like mosaics censorship, etc?

			I reccomend vegas VERY professional quality, what many commercial artists and small/indepndant (like kevin smith ala jay and silent bob) film makers use.
