Using SRP to play US games on Japan system

I want to buy a japan system because it looks cool. I am going to mod it to play backups and I want to know if SRP or satconv can convert a US file to play on the japan system?

Well, that is the primary purpose of those programs, AFAIK. SRP = Saturn Region Patcher.

easiest would be region mod as well so you can play US/JP and PAL using the original disc
