help, I downloaded a couple of .rar files for the first time (panzer dragoon and radiant silvergun), but when I try to unpack them it says that they are all corrupt and repairing them doesn't work. Is there anything I can do to get them to work? How can I make sure that in the future I don't download corrupt files?

Look for and use a .sfv file. The .sfv file is a list of the files you need, and it list all of the file's sizes in bytes.

The source you downloaded from may not be corrupted, it's possible that your computer ended the download prematurely.

Check the size of the fle, and re-download it.

There is no way to "repair" or "fix" it.

If the archives you downloaded were in several pieces, you may only need to redownload one or two of them. Check the error message you get to find out which part or parts are bad.

Also, make sure you are using the latest version of WinRAR.
