Unlocking system properties in Win 95

One of the PCs that I use at work has an OEM copy of Windows 95 on it and some of the options in System properties are missing. Someone told me that it can be fixed by a simple registry edit, but can't remember where.

Anyone got any ideas?

I've heard of a program called "poledit" or something - it's short for policy editor and I think something like this will provide you with a solution.

EDIT: A link...

It did the trick.

Thanks Curtis.

Well that's good - I wasn't expecting it to.

Just lucky I guess.

It doesn't look too different. It just has all the tabs that you'd expect across the top.
