SegaXtreme Golden Rule #94: When asking for help with game burns, POST THE CUESHEET. |

android assault is a segacd game. as far as i know, it was never ported to saturn, and i can't find a record of any such port, after a brief search. so that's why it won't boot. as for golden axe, i'm not really sure. sorry i can't be of more help... |

Alien Trilogy checks the protection again after it has loaded, so you will need to make another swap. After that, it'll boot just fine (AFAIK). I don't know about Golden Axe, you might want to try lowering your burning speed, or using different CDRs. |

AARRGGHH! I was trying to play a Sega CD game in my saturn? No WONDER it wouldent boot >.< Well, thats one problem solved So Alien Triology checks the protection again eh? Sneaky......... however, that means that the second check is done by software right? So is there any type of patch/hack/ and or PAR code to bypass that? And any other ideas on Golden Axe? |

Well, the cuesheets all look great - Android Assault being the exception, as SegaCD games do not use postgaps like Saturn ones do Two suggestions .... Load the iso track from Golden Axe into ISOBuster and verify that the filesystem contained within indeed is ok and that all files are readable - in particular, that the ISO is complete and not truncated, to the effect of files near the end of the track missing/unreadable. Secondly, do you burn directly from the mp3 files? It might help to convert them to .wav (and change the cuesheets accordingly). |

Are you using a 3D pad with Golden Axe? According to this... they are incompatible. |

3D pad? Ummm, yes I am XD Ill try it when I get home. |

So does anyone know of a patch or PAR code to get rid of the second check in Alien Trilogy? Since the second check is done AFTER the game has booted that means that its done by the software, not the saturn. And as long as its software-level it can be hacked with PAR or patched. Works for the Anti-mod PSX games, a GS code or patch can get rid of their anti-mod protection since the check is software-level. |

No idea about PAR codes, but how did you go with Golden Axe? |
