SSViewer Saturn binary

			There was a cof file on the SSSDK and I managed to run it I'm pretty sure it could be used on yabause to upload previews of 3D models and surely on Saturn without the official devkit. command to create the binary : objcopy --input-target=coff-sh --output-target=elf32-sh -O binary ssview.cof sl.bin
