Specs for switching a pal saturn?

			ive just bought a pal saturn and i would like to run imports on it ive heard that you can get a 4-1 cart or mod the machine but this wouldn't do what a 50hz - 60hz switch would. i would also like to put a region switch on it if possible ( just like my megadrive ) so if anyone has any specs that they can post a link to cheers matt
