SNK games to be on ps2?

I was watching Xplay on TechTV the other day and they were answering emails. Someone asked about SNK and if they were going to be making any new games.

They explained to the fan how SNK pulled out of America but is now back in. They also said that SNK planned to release the KotF 2001 and 2002, or was it 2001 and 2002, to ps2. And that they were going to put metal slug (don't remember which one) on ps2 as well. Anyone know about this?

Yeah I've heard about them.

I'm already seeing ads in Game Informer for the KOF 2000/K2001 PS2 release.

I think Metal Slug 3(?) is on the way too.

So it's not just a rumor

Playmore releases SNK games now. Metal Slug 3 has already been released on ps2, so expect more will follow

The snk game I am really excited that is to be released on the ps2 is snk vs capcom I can't wait for this arcade perfect ps2 version of the game .

True I heard the rumors about that game however it will only be released in japan, it's too bad sega ain't giving us americans some dreamcast love like they are doing for the japanese.
