If you plan on keeping the CPU I'd ditch the board, there is some good info for you in the thread Good AMD mobo... .

Best bets for an AthlonXP is the ASUS A7N8X-Deluxe or the ABIT NF7-S Rev.2. Check it out.

where can i find them for 75 bucks and whats the diff between the ASUS A7N8X Deluxe and A7N8x-E Delux?

Why not check the manufacturer's website?

Edit: You know, honestly, if you already own the board... it's a waste of money to buy a new one. Unless you are getting your money back on the board or something. Sure, there are better boards, sure you can OC better on something else (if you even care). But the money could be better spent on other components.

The "E" is the newest revision pf a year old board, the differences are pretty minor... it uses a Marvell ethernet controller instead of a 3Com and has a slot for a propriatary Wireless-B Card... oh and I think it has fewer voltage selections.

I use PriceWatch.com... for all my stuff.

Newegg... has good service on consistantly fair prices.
