| it might help if you read the tutorials if you still need help read through some old posts. People need to learn how to find information on their own | |||

| But this kinda is how everyone starts out. It's rare that people on these boards, after first coming to them, solve their problems on their own. | |||

| Side note, if you have an iso/mp3 compilation, a cue sheet is REQUIRED to burn. Otherwise the MP3's won't be included. | |||
| racketboy | Dec 9, 2003 | |||
that may be true but the word "search" goes a long way

I thought you could just load up the tracks in Fireburner and burn just fine without a cuesheet. :huh

| This is why I liked NTI CD Maker (no cue sheets, just drag and drop for ISO+Wav & ISO+mp3). Alas, it doesn't work under NT. | |||

I thought you could just load up the tracks in Fireburner and burn just fine without a cuesheet. :huh [/b][/quote] I was told that no postgap is needed on Track01 for SEGA Saturn games with similar structure. Since the original CDs don't have it either. So the cue sheet should look like this: Code:
Is that true or false? Interestingly enough though, SEGA Cue maker does include that postgap on track01!? A mistake that the programer should fix maybe? Is it needed to convert the mp3s to WAVES before I burn them with NERO, or should I burn the ISO+mp3 directly with NERO and let it do the conversion. I was told that NERO isn't very acurate when it converts the mp3 to AUDIO waves, so I should use another program like CDex or mp3-2-wav converter v1.14, to convert the mp3 to waves first. Is that so, or should I not bother? Thanks in advance.

| No, AFAIK Saturn games do want the 2 second post gap after the data track. I've never heard of any problems with Nero as far as converting mp3s goes, but if you're concerned (and have the time), why not use a dedicated program? | |||

| I wouldn't bother with using a seperate program. Generally the mp3s you get with a downloaded image aren't really at the level of quality where different decoders are going to make a difference. They usually don't make much of a difference to anyone except audiophiles anyway. | |||

| Could you post the ideal TOC file of your original Radiant Silvergun Saturn CD, or a verified copy, so I can compare it with mine? Also could you please tell me the exact length of track16? Mine is 1:00:10 (1min, 10sec) long, but I think that the original track16.mp3 that I used to burn, is cut, since it stops all of a sudden. Also, I noticed some unsynchronizations when this track is played (Level 5, last animation sequence, where the cannon fires at the tower and before you blast off to space). The talking doesnât keep pace with the faces; also the blast is heard before the cannon fires. | |||

| Are you playing on a PAL Saturn? If so.. audio will run faster than video playback. | |||
| retroborg | Dec 11, 2003 | ||
| hhmm... Actually yes, my Saturn is PAL. I haden't thought about that! But I didn't use Saturn Country Code converter program, to change the Jap region of the ISO file, to Euro PAL! The game still works on my PAL console without using a region converter cartridge either! How come? Except if the person that originally dumped the ISO, changed the region in the first place. But I couldn't know now. I got the ISO+mp3s from this site, 2 years ago. http://elportal2000.metropoliglobal.com/saturn/rad... I think the link is dead now though. | |||

| Patching the country code is one thing.. 50/60 is another.. When you patch a JAP/US game to European code you will end up with a NTSC game with european contry code... You'll need to mod your saturn to 60hz if you want to enjoy its full speed | |||

| I just downloaded Gungriffon 2. Its like that: trackdata.bin and trackaudio01.mp3 to 43 so now how am I supposed to burn it using Nero??? | |||
| Boomer | Dec 11, 2003 | ||
| Ok i just noticed, I cant burn a .bin file using Nero. So, what should I use, and where I can get the programn? | |||
| racketboy | Dec 11, 2003 | |||
yeah you can, just open up the corresponding cue file in Nero just like any other image
| IBarracudaI | Dec 11, 2003 | ||
