Scart cable needed for 60hz?

			Is it essential for a PAL Saturn to use SCART cable for playing games at 60hz?

			if your TV supports NTSC, no. if it doesn't, yes, or you get a b/w pic. although you should get a RGB scart cable anyways.. the picture quality is MUCH improved over the normal AV.
