I've had no experience with them, but I'm not aware of any fundamental technical reason that one would be better than the other. However, there's more than one type of VCD card for each system, so it probably depends on the circuit/program used in the card. I'd imagine that the later JVC cards for Saturn are pretty decent, since JVC isn't exactly lacking when it comes to experience with video equipment (hint: they own VHS). That's really not conclusive, of course.  |
