Saturn 50hz/60hz mod help

Before I attempt to mod this Saturn I thought I would ask here for some help first, this model was made in 95 and has a 64 IC chip, doesn't seem to have a JP2 marking on the board neither, my doubt is where to cut the trace and where to solder the wire, here's a scan of the board:

I also read that on some models you can bridge the two points on JP1 and it will output in 60Hz, is this true to model 2 saturns?

I found this guide http://www.mmmonkey.co.uk/console/sega/saturn5060.... which is more compatible but more risky because you have to pull a pin on the VDP-1 chip and solder a wire to it but I did it and the Saturn, the modboard and the switch are all working great Great guide by mmmonkey, major kudos to him!
