Samurai Showdown 4 MVS not working correctly

So I finally recieved my neo geo mvs cab today and all the games I have for it work great except for samurai showdown 4. It has lines in the text. Any way to fix this or am I screwed? Bought it off ebay about a month ago and just tested it out on my new arcade cab tonight.

Have ou tried cleaning the cartridge and slot?

Also did ou tr switching the carts?

Tried both with no success.

My best guess is that one of the character ROMs needs resoldering.
