		there was an RPG maker on the web called dream maker or something like that... if anyone can find it i would appreciate it

		Well here... you can find an RPG maker called "RPG Maker 2000" wihch has a lot stuff for you to use on it and IMO it's the best available and supported on the net. You can find utilities for RM2K everywhere (try google, it works fine for me).
