			Don't know how it's done, but i know you have to have a machine for it... http://www.geocities.com/maxem369/other.html... My cousin has the Game Doctor... didn't realize it was to make roms! lol.

			These "ROM makers" plug into your pc via usb or parallel port connections and copy the game data into an image file on the pc. if you have a flashable cart you can then copy the game data to that and play the games as a regular cart.
