			I'm just wondering if this memory card(looks to be one) has got some special feature.

			It is not a memory card for Saturn, just a memory card for the SS Pro commander Controller, which is a programmable controller. When you have it in hand, you can't make any mistake about its utility, according to its size This memory card allows you to save some combinaisons of pressed button.
