Plan modding my DC

Hey guys, I plan on getting a mochip for my DC, due to my hate having to use the boot dsic everytime I wanna play an import. If I buy the chip, would any one of you guys be willing to do the installation for me if I send my DC with the chip to you?

I honestly don't know if I could go more than a day without my DC though.....

I did a search and found this:

http://www.modchipkits.com/pages/dcchip.htm...

I'm very skeptical on a "No Wire Chip" that you just clip on....

I would be interested in this too if it actually works....that'd be nice . No more damn boot discs! YAY!

Yeah I just found that same page and was wondering if such a thing could actually be possible...? It might be worth it to me to buy a dream cast and then get this chip.

Does anyone know if it would work?

If you want to mod so you can play "back ups" you dont need to. The modchips are only needed to play games from other regions.

I think pretty much everyone knows that by now.

Besides Cloud specified that it was for playing imports

with 4 wires mod chi pit's dead easy IF you have right soldering tip and steady hand.

done four DC so far and I even stuffed up 1st one but resoldering to the right spot fixed that easily. Key is having proper soldering tip and never put the heat on the circuit board too long unless you want to lift up the track or melt the board.
