judging from the 19940801 line and the pics, I'd say it's an early prototype of Panzer Dragoon.

Can you rip and upload a copy of it?

I'm thinking the same thing ... if it was a beta from the original Panzer Dragoon, a number look alike games would have spawn all over te place ...
