NGXtreme is back... sort of.

			Well, I got my new hardware installed and running, and I have an actual network set up (so I can have a backup server and separate download server eventually), so I've decided to bring back NGXtreme. It's a bit crippled (no games are available just yet), but the server will be running permanently from here on. I'm not sure if anyone really cares anymore, but I figured I'd give it a shot.
