NCSX reliable?

They seem to be the only place to have real AR 4m plus for (slightly) under $30. I just thought i would check to make sure they are a reliable dealer, and wont charge me $20 shipping. Anyone have experience with them?

NCSX is based in New York, so unless you want super fast shipping, I don't think they're going to charge you that much just for shipping given that you live in the U.S. LOL!
