After downloading Nero and trying to use it multiple times I got sick and tired of it. So I downloaded CDRWIN. It won't work either. It keeps giving me this error: cuesheet was rejected by CDROM. WTF? HELP ME.

Well, I'm guessing you have the ISO/mps release of RSG. So convert the mp3s to wav, then make sure that the iso is converted to your country. Then make sure the iso will be first if the files were to be in alphabetical order. Finally, use sega cue maker to make a cue file, delete the one you had and burn with nero.

Hope that helps.

Also, if you posted the cue you have, people may be able to spot the problem.

Nero wouldn't burn it, CDRWIN wouldn't burn it. I don't know what the problem is. I converted the ISO to North America with satcconv. Does it usually take a long time to convert the file with satcconv? It did it really really fast for me. Also, the above cue was created with a Saturn Cue Creator. I've gone through hell getting the files (BTW: the audio files are wav).

What's the exact size (in bytes) of the data track file?

Check that the file size is a multiple of 2048. CDRWin will report the cue as invalid if the file size for a track is not a multiple of the specified sector size.

Alternatively, you might have an old burner that refuses to burn "cooked" tracks. In this case you will need a program called "Iso2Raw" to generate a BIN image with 2352 bytes per sector, which should work with your burner. Also, you'll need to change the second line in your cuesheet to:

TRACK 01 MODE1/2352

Remember to satconv the data track before running Iso2Raw, as the latter generates ECC codes that will correct any changes you make to the BIN file.

Hope this helps.

Have you tried using CDmage...? After you have the ISO opened...:

right click on the right pane... and choose Extract Tracks...

Under Extract tracks, choose Mode1 as Mode1/2352:

It might take a moment to convert...:

After it's done... converting, just rename the converted file to *.BIN to denote that it's a raw ISO file.

Nice walkthrough MasterAkumaMatata.

After putting that much work into a post I reckon you really should put it all together as a FAQ/Walkthrough for the Miscellaneous section....

Yeah, when I'm in the mood. ??? ::

 mal Jul 10, 2002
I could always rip off your work and claim it as my own if you want.

 MasterAkumaMatata Jul 10, 2002
Go right on ahead. I don't mind. :: I was hoping you'd mention this. Now, get to it.

I guess I asked for that.

*Adds it to the list*
