Modding a skeleton sat

Does anyone know if jandaman's chips will work in a japanese 'this is cool' system? If so can you A-B loop the blue wire or must you solder to the board?

Don't mod a skeleton saturn, keep it and buy a model 2 then mod it.

What's wrong with modding a Skeleton Saturn?

I could be wrong but being one of last models/revision I won't be surprise it doesn't work.

I'd get cheap Saturn to mod - all my LE ones are in tact and I just use white JPN saturn that I moded for region & 50/60Hz switches - no chip though

I modded a skeleton saturn once. It worked for a while, then stopped. For some reason I kept it in a box for 2+ years, never getting around to figuring out what's wrong.

Anyway, I used the Jandaman modchip and the A+B method and it worked.

I modded skeleton. It somewhat works, just like my other Japanese Saturn. If you just put CD in and power it on, it'll give you the color blobs and Audio CD message. If, however, you start the system without CD, wait till it boots and then put CD in, it'll boot and work just fine. It's trash, I just removed the chip and want to sell it at some point.
