Mod Board or Swap Trick?

Thanks for the advice about ebay guys, now i need to decide if ill get a mod board or just do the swap trick so any input would be helpful.

Personally, I have a mod board and wouldn't swap it (sorry) for anything.

Mod, no worries, no damage...for 25 bucks you can have every game on the system

As long as you have something to get around the country code.

For instance use Satconv, country switches or have a cart that does.

You'd also need a 1/4MB cart for some SNK and Capcom games...

I'd say modchip is your best bet for the saturn. I'm still using the swap trick until my mod chip comes, I ordered one because I dont want the laser or motor to get damaged.

though arakon says that swapping does not damage the motor/laser cause the disc spins down when it senses you touching the disc.

. . . right arakon?

oh yea, i swap myself. dont need a modboard . . . swapping is easy enough for me.

First you learn to do the swap and get good at it. Then, over time, you get the mod board and install it. This way, you have experience with both.
