Looking for info about ST-V nvram saving

		Hi there ! I'm trying to understand how the ST-V board saves its data ... actually it looks like the 28DIP chip labelled "XLJ6265AF-10SL" is the one I'm looking for, but I can't find any technical data or datasheet about it on the web :/ Has anyone any info about this chip ? Thanks

		According to this page... it's an 8Kx8 SRAM, presumably battery-backed. The part was also apparently used in the MegaCD..., and the part number turns up with at least one other manufacturer....

		Right on the spot, as usual ... thanks antime I came across the pdf you linked, but I wasn't sure it was the same thing. Time to investigate it's inner working now

		Actually I was wrong about the chip : the correct one has "AK93C45F" markings (datasheet...)
