Looking for Devastator for Sega CD

Anyone ever see, play, own, or otherwise hear of Devastator for the Sega CD?

The wonderful SegaBase (bows his head in silence :*-|) listed it as a really poor Japanese shooter.

However, since I've collected all the other sega shiddy shooders I figure I might as well try this one out as well.
