looking for a website or program...

		This is kind of hard to explain, but i'm looking for a website or program that would find the real url of a file. FOr example, if i copied an url from a file hosted on I-drive and pasted it in the program, it would show the real url of the file. THen i could copy and paste the url into a download manager and be able to download the file.
