i have an originals of panzer dragoon saga (jap)

i have tried using the saturn country code converter to burn a backup copy with the us region code but i do not think im doing this correctly. i am using the windows version. could somebody point me in the direction of step by step instructions? like how to make the bin file and so on.

Read ripping to bin/cue section of Mowgli's ripping guide.... It tells you how to make a bin/cue rip of a game.

Then open the bin file with Satconv32 and change the country code from 'for Japan' to 'for US' and click on 'patch iso file'.

Then reburn the bin/cue.

All done.
