Is King of Fighters'98 release on Sega Saturn? Anyone here know?

I'm pretty sure it wasn't, but if I'm wrong I'm sure someone will be along shortly to correct me.

Nope. The only KOF releases are 95, 96 and 97.

Just FYI, I believe KOF 99 Dream match on the DC is basically KOF 98. Don't know if you have a DC or not.

If you don't I would HIGHLY recommend it.

There was no Saturn release. and I believe what Racketman said is corexct, tho don't quote me on that.

Hence the similarities in the names I guess-

KOF 98 - The Dream Match Never Ends

KOF 99 - Dream Match

They renamed Kof 98 to Kof 99 just ot make it seem new since it was sold in 1999 on dreamcast The only real change was a few stages had 3d backgrounds.

Strange to do thenm, when they released KOF 95 in Europe in 1997, they kept the old name

Was the real arcade KOF99 released on Dreamcast then?

The Dreamcast port of KOF '99 is called King of Fighters '99: Evolution.

I notice he made a topic asking for CDR's of games. I presume that's the reason
