Iron Clad NEO GEO CD...

		Hello I just downloaded Iron Clad for NEO GEO CD. It's in ISO+mp3 format with a cue sheet. What's the best program to burn it on CD? How about Nero 6.3.0.3? Once I successfully burn it onto CD, what's the best Emu to play NEO GEO CDs flawlessly? What else will I need? 1st time using NEO GEO CD stuff. Thanks in advance.
