internal memory problem

		when you install your mod chip, is it supposed to wipe the internal memory clean? If not what do I do to stop this from happening?

		When I installed my chip, it wiped my memory clean I don't know why I was wondering did I get a faulty chip or something

		Did you take out the battery when you installed the mod? The cable that runs from the CD board to the mainboard should have nothing to do with system memory. And that's all you're really messing with when installing a mod. :huh

		I didn't touch the battery or anything like that I just put the mod chip in according to the instructions but from what you just said I think my battery might have died but thanks for your help
