Imports or backups on Sanyo Try?

		Today I tried booting a US game on my Sanyo Try and to my surprise it didn't work. Later I also tried a Japanese backup and it didn't work. Am I missing something or does the Try have regional/CDR protection? It runs all of my Japanese games fine. Does anyone know of a solution or fix to this annoyance? I was planing on selling my FZ-1 and strictly using a Try but I can't bare to give up playing US/PAL games!
