how was this custom wily wars made?

		It would be quite simple to make all that. All you'd need to do is design the artwork in Photoshop and print it out on a high quality printer.

		actually, i am more concerned about the manual . how the heck was that made.

		The manual would be the easiest part to make seeing as there is no colour. Just print out the page sheets, fold them in half and staple them together.

		To be honest, it isn't as easy as it would look. The average Megadrive (euro) manuals are long-ranged manuals with at least 6 different languages on them. The guy that did this repro not only fixed the spacing, but added artwork and pictures   Kuta said: The manual would be the easiest part to make seeing as there is no colour.
