How hard is it to replace the batter in the Saturn

I have been told that the battery inside the saturn that is used to retain save information goes dead every once in a while. And so I was wondering: How hard it is to replace, or should I just get one of those 4 in 1 carts to make up for it.

Thanks I appreciate it.

4 in 1 wouldn't help you at all. the battery can just be popped out and a new one popped in. matter of 2 mins.

its extremely ez. just take the lid of the back and there it lies.

It's the same battery that the Dreamcast mem cards use. Or you can pick one up at any Wal-Mart, Target, etc. Energizer and Duracel make them, just match the part number (2032, I believe).

yeah, you don't need a screw driver or anything. if you've ever had to change a bios battery in your 'puter it should present you with 0 challenge

Its really easy to pop out the battery....easier than crap.

You need a CR2032 watch battery which you can get at any kmart, walmart, target or watch place. It usually runs at 2 dollars a pop but you only have to replace this once every 3-4 years.

Or you can use the same batteries as the dc vmu as an option.

Hope that helps...

Do it with the saturn ON and you get the bonus of don't losing your saved data ... LMAO
