After I learned how to search for fps unlock codes for PS1, I wanted to try to do the same for Sega Saturn. After some torment, I finally managed to find similar codes for some games. The result can be seen in the demo video below.
There are games in which I can't unlock the FPS counter (no matter what I do).
There are also games in which after unlocking the FPS the result is not noticeable (even though the counter shows more than 30). I haven't included such games in the list yet (I need to study them in more detail).
Some games show quite good performance, but FPS drops can be too sharp. I can't check the behavior of games after unlocking FPS on the console due to its absence and am content with emulators only. But owners of original hardware can do tests.

			Wonderful work! Can you share any insight on how you figured out where & what exactly needs to be changed on Saturn games to potentially unlock FPS so others can try assisting/testing other games?

			This makes Baroque much more confortable to play ! Thanks for that ! Is this FPS cap a parameter that can be actually changed by modifying the hex value ? For instance, it makes Wipeout hard to control on real hardware, however setting 45 VDP1 FPS instead of 60 may be a playable option.

			Basically, it must be a factor of 60 as that is how the video processor works.

			Hey, sir @paul_met... , if possible, can you check if something can be applied in Fatal Fury 3? Playing it in some versions of SSF emulator, the fps match the speeds of NeoGeo CD fps, without any modifications...

Ah, I forgot to say: this strange behavior in FF3 occurs in real console, in emulators the speed of the game match the NeoGeo consoles.

The only spot that begins with the correct speed (like NeoGeo) is Yamazaki's stage, but when the train is very near of the chars, the speed of the game turns to be low again...

EDIT: here is an example that I want to say...

Maybe it would only be possible to hack the data into an external RAM, like what was done with Dracula, but it must be something much more complex with FF3...
