			I recently sold an Item on ebay to a person overseas. They requested I use EMS to ship the package but I have never used this method before so I am unsure what cariers have this option. USPS has an option for Global Express Mail (EMS) but im not sure if this is the same option the person is looking for. Anyone use this option before?

			Yup, thats it. EMS is an international postal thing designed to compete with the courier services.

			yeah and the forms ask you for some bizarre information. name of sender, address of sender, phone# of sender, birthday of sender, blood of sender, rights to the first born son of sender, blah blah blah...
