Dreamcast internal battery dead

		Does anyone know how to replace the battery in a Dreamcast. The battery is a standard battery, same as VMU, but it is attached to some support piece. Any clues?

		The battery is not the same - it's a rechargeable battery for the clock/date functions. Not having looked inside my DC I can't be sure, but I think that is just some kind of holder. You may be able to remove that bettery with some fiddling, otherwise it's time to break out the de-soldering braid.

		apparently you just leave your dc running for around 2 hours and it should recharge itself, -according to a sega rep. lok in your manual too

		Thanks for the directions. I had just noticed it for the first time after unpacking my DC from storage. And unfortunatly, I don't have the instructions for mine. I just figured I would check here first.
