does this game have terrority lockout

		I am looking for a neat Genesis set for one of my friends, and I've seen this PAL game online called "Disney Collection" which is QuackShot and Castle of Illusion on 1 cart. However, it looks like a late Mega Drive release(has the blue border) and was wondering if I buy this, can my friend play this on her Genesis, or do I have to buy a converter to beat the terrority lockout? Thanks

		Most late pal releases have the blue border. I have two "blue" games and they both have lockout, my guess is that all of them have lockout.
