Cotton balls in pills

			Why do bottles of pills have that wad of cotton in them? The only thing I can think of is if you drop the bottle or something, the pills don't come spilling out. But when you need the pills, you remove the cotton. When you don't need the pills, you have the lid. Yah, this doesn't pertain to Sega, but I don't see any rules that say it has to. P )

			this is just for simple packing reasons they don't want the pills getting broken in the shipping process.
