		I want to develop a 2d Saturn game. I need someone to code it. Not sure anyone might be interested in a collaboration.

		I expect a brief but exacting design document, complete with animated flowgraphs and a 60fps cinematic intro with a minimum length of 3 minutes, introductions from all voice actors, and an investor's legally binding sponsorship.

		You don't need a Saturn dev kit. If you download Jo engine and run any of the examples, you will see how to get started.
