Clicking sounds on burnt saturn games

a few of the games i have burnt have clicking sounds where the music is supposed to be. i have double checked the .wav files that i'm using, and they all are working wav files, and the cue sheet looks good, so i'm not sure what the problem is. some games work, some don't. an example of one that doesn't is guardian heroes. here's my cue for it - assume the wav files are working:

any ideas?

		all you hear is clicking? not music with clicking in it?

		but the WAV files on your computer sound fine? do other games sound ok on your Saturn? (just trying to eliminate possibilities)

		yeah, i tried playing them on my computer, and they work just fine, and i have other saturn games that work just fine with audio, it's only a few that don't. i'm using alcohol to burn the disc, and i'm doing it at 4x so it shouldn't be a speed issue.

		How about trying to play the audio tracks in a normal CD player or on the PC's CD Player? do you have nero or CDRWin? you could try those and see if it makes a difference.

		ah hah! i put the cd in my computer, and in media player, the tracks all play as clicking noises as well....so it isn't my saturn's fault, it's the burn. i'll have to try cdrwin. thanks a lot racketboy.

		no problem just curious, have you burned other Saturn discs with Alcohol with no problems?

		yeah, but none of them have had any audio tracks that need to be played. for example, PDS. It worked fine, and i've burnt a bunch more as well. As i said before, there are a couple that haven't worked. Dracula X Nocturne in the Moonlight won't work for some reason, it's a bin/cue game, but i haven't really fooled around with it that much. so basically, some success, some failure, so it's kinda a toss up.

		I usually stick with Nero. Would use CDRWin, but for some reason it doesn't detect my new burner. I use Alcohol to rip to BIN/CUE though

me? It's a Samsung 40(?)X. Don't know the model # off hand.

		well, i'm happily playing guardian heroes right now because the sound works great now that i used Nero. so as far as burning stuff goes, Alcohol is not the ticket, nero seems more reliable. Also, in case that question of what burner was directed towards me, im' using a 48x plextor.

well I just stated that CDRWin didn't detect my burner, so I thought maybe that's what you were refering to. Wasn't sure

		Alcohol is absolute crap for anything cue-sheet related.
