Blocking internet access for a XP user...

			Hey, I need to know how to block internet access for a user on WinXP pro. My momma wants it for my lil bro and I am not %100 sure how to do it. Any help would be great, thanks guy...

			Hmm thanks. We need sumthin a lil-less sophisticated though, haha. My parents will mostly be running it, and they want to/need to be able to just log onto their names and connect, instead of changin a bunch of shiz (they share the same PC). We basically have come to a conclusion that we should just disable the guest account and password protect the main one. That way he just can't get on the comp. period. Thanks for the help though, appreciate it.
